摘要: The rod-like nanoscale CeO2 were successfully synthesized by an ethanediamine-assisted hydrothermal synthesis process using CeCl3 x 7H2O as cerium source and N2H4 H2O mineralizer. morphology, microstructure, optical properties of characterized the scanning electron microscope, transmission X-ray diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman spectrometer, UV-Vis spectrophotometer photoluminescence spectrometer. lattice parameter decreases with increase crystallite size due to effect relaxation Ce ions. Suitable amount ethylenediamine is beneficial for growth nanorods. as-growth polycrystalline materials, main valence was +4. spectra exhibit a strong absorption band at near UV region charge-transfer transitions from O 2p 4f. gap energy increases 0 up 3 mL then decreases. Photoluminescence measured 325 nm line He-Cd laser also discussed.
