摘要: We describe a case of 35-year-old male patient who was scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy and developed life-threatening anaphylactic reaction 2 min after the administration sugammadex. He manifested erythematous wheals on entire body, dyspnea, hypotension, tachycardia. These symptoms disappeared epinephrine. The recovered discharged at postoperative day 5 without any complications. After 7 weeks, we performed skin prick test, there weakly positive This is suspected anaphylaxis associated with sugammadex, need to be aware that use sugammadex serious risk anaphylaxis.
