摘要: A process for providing a protective coating on polycarbonate substrate comprising (i) applying onto said priming emulsion composition containing (a) thermosettable acrylic polymer, (b) an ultraviolet light absorber selected from the benzylidene malonates and cyanoacrylates, (c) water, (d) hydroxy ether or alkanol; (ii) curing polymer thereby forming primer layer thermoset screener substrate; (iii) top coat colloidal silica further curable organopolysiloxane; (iv) organopolysiloxane obtaining filled coat.
