摘要: Data frames are converted to a format suitable for transparent, flexible concatenated transport such that network element not supporting concatenation (2605) may transparently pass the data frames. Flexible involves nonstandard as an STS-4c or STS-Nc (2614) in which time slots do occupy rigidly defined contiguous slots. The pointer from parent slot is used each of child and identifier set indicate no concatenation. In this way, appears be series conventional STS-1s processing successfully accomplished even by capable handling non-standard concatenations. A downstream receive framer (2619) reconstructs original based on N table.
