摘要: An electroluminescent device (10) has a bottom electrode layer (13) disposed on substrate (11) for injecting electrons into an organic (15); and top (17), such as ITO, the holes layer. The is formed of either metal silicides, as, rare earth or borides, lanthanum boride chromium having work function 4.0 eV less. electrodes from silicates, borides provide protection atmospheric corrosion.
