摘要: Disclosed herein are mutant Plasmodium -species parasites that genetically attenuated (GAP). They retain the ability to infect a host and invade hepatocytes but subsequently their development is completely arrested within liver stage of do not reach blood development. Vaccines pharmaceutical compositions comprising sporozoites as well methods using same likewise provided.
