摘要: Methotrexate has antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory, and immunosuppressive effects. It is used for a variety of dermatoses, most notably psoriasis. Various studies have demonstrated efficacy in difficult-to-control eczema, though published data hand eczema are limited. should be considered an option that recalcitrant to nonsystemic treatments. Adverse effects, including hepatotoxicity, pulmonary toxicity, hematologic gastrointestinal renal malignancy, must discussed with patients. Careful monitoring frequent visits patients initially imperative. Magnetic resonance elastography may represent less invasive approach hepatic fibrosis.
