摘要: There are disclosed surfactants consisting of esters bi- or tri-carboxylic hydroxyacids having general formula: wherein: X = H, -CH₂COOR; Y OH, on condition that Y=H when R, R₁, R₂, which may be the same different, an al­kaline alkaline-earth metal, -NH₄, a cation ammonium organic base A radical selected from group compri­sing etherified (C₆-C₁₆) alkyl polysaccharides containing 2 to 6 saccharide units and (C₆-C₁₆)hydroxy­alkyl aliphatic polyalcohols 16 hydro­xyl groups wherein at least one said R₂ is radical.
