摘要: In the primary invention of this application, an optical-fiber inspection device which detects distance to a reflection point within DUT and amount reflected light by dividing into two laser beam is possible be frequency-swept, making one divided beams incident optical detector via reference path, while other said detector, analyzing frequency interference signal for obtained configured so that final providing coupler in path and, after taking out part it pass through shifter, combining again with original coupler.
