摘要: Understanding the diffusion and transport of molecules particles through human skin is important, both in terms transdermal drug delivery but also to understand possible risk new chemicals nano particles. Several models have been proposed for various substances stratum corneum, which contains barrier properties skin, they are based on macroscopic measurements gene knock-outs. However there a need thorough understanding micro- nanoscopic corneum that governs it. STED-FCS shown great promises with respect quantifying distinguishes different models.In this study we used FCS measure hydrophobic fluorescence dyes supported lipid bilayers made from extracted lipids. The results compared pathways lipids layers corneum.
