摘要: La inactividad fisica es un factor de riesgo principal que afecta la salud y capacidad funcional en adultos mayores. En este estudio se evaluo 22 mayores Puerto Rico (edad promedio ± desviacion estandar = 73,3 8,2 anos) antes, durante despues ocho semanas participar programa ejercicios estructurados. mediante una bateria pruebas campo (composicion corporal, flexibilidad, coordinacion, agilidad balance, tolerancia muscular cardiorrespiratoria) validadas para esta poblacion. Ademas, sub-muestra (n 7) midio aptitud cardiorrespiratoria (VO 2 max) los niveles lipidos sangre. Se utilizo ANOVA con medidas repetidas detectar cambios del programa. Con t-pareada evaluaron VO max antes flexibilidad mejoro significativamente el (51,6 12,2 vs. 57,7 8,1 cm, p=0,04) cambio sostuvo al final (54,4 10,2 cm). El tiempo prueba balance por dos segundos aumento cinco repeticiones cabo (p 0,05). Estos resultados sugieren participacion estructurados puede impactar positivamente aspectos promueven movimiento adulto mayor. /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-priority:99; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";}
