摘要: Malignant melanoma is a disease which has excited the interest of immunologists for many years. Some this based on clinical observations, such as spontaneous regression, or results trials, immunocompetence testing response to immunotherapy. On other hand, some seems be mainly dependent coincidental fact that cells grow well in tissue culture and are therefore frequently available vitro studies.
