摘要: We investigated factors associated with falls in a community-based prospective study of 761 subjects 70 years and older. The group experienced 507 during the year monitoring. On entry to number variables had been assessed each subject. Variables an increased risk falling differed men women. In men, decreased levels physical activity, stroke, arthritis knees, impairment gait, body sway were falls. women, total drugs, psychotropic drugs liable cause postural hypotension, standing systolic blood pressure less than 110 mmHg, evidence muscle weakness also falling.
