摘要: Morphine pellets (2 x 75 mg) were subcutaneously implanted in rats and vigilance states (wakefulness, slow wave sleep paradoxical sleep) observed during ten days. Significant impairment of each state distribution appeared the first days morphine dependence. Although waking not affected last days, duration was reduced Nevertheless, sleep-wake circadian rhythm abolished. These results suggest that process is differently its components (slow
