摘要: Mobile network operators are currently seeking for simple but accurate methods to predict the levels of satisfaction their customers using on-line multimedia applications, such as YouTube. Even though ultimate user demands known be influenced by multiple factors, there is one clear trend - people require an increasingly higher quality mobile video services. To this end, modeling corresponding experience (QoE) constitutes a non-trivial task and calls careful balance between key underlying aspects, while maintaining overall complexity low possible. This should in turn deliver much needed usability resulting model across many real-world scenarios, work we develop novel QoE prediction based on our extensive investigation YouTube service. Our proposed solution allows estimate degrees thus associated expectations deployments.
