摘要: Mobile network operators are currently seeking for simple but accurate methods to predict the levels of satisfaction their customers using on-line multimedia applications, such as YouTube. Even though ultimate user demands known be influenced by multiple factors, there is one clear trend - people require an increasingly higher quality mobile video services. To this end, modeling corresponding experience (QoE) constitutes a non-trivial task and calls careful balance between key underlying aspects, while maintaining overall complexity low possible. This should in turn deliver much needed usability resulting model across many real-world scenarios, work we develop novel QoE prediction based on our extensive investigation YouTube service. Our proposed solution allows estimate degrees thus associated expectations deployments. The design principles behind methodology, its accuracy evaluation, well obtained numerical results reported course paper.
