摘要: OBJECTIVE: To assess survival of patients undergoing cerebral cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers and to identify prognostic factors for short-term survival. METHODS: Prospective study with maneuvers. RESULTS: The included 150 patients. Spontaneous circulation was re-established in 88 (58%) patients, 42 (28%) were discharged from the hospital. necessary number treated save 1 life 12 months 3.4. presence ventricular fibrillation or tachycardia (VF/VT) as initial rhythm, shorter times arrest, greater values mean blood pressure (BP) prior arrest independent variables re-establishment spontaneous hospital discharge. odds ratios discharge follows: 6.1 (95% confidence interval [CI] = 2.7-13.6), when rhythm VF/VT; 9.4 CI 4.1-21.3), time 70 mmHg. CONCLUSION: VF/VT a value BP better prognosis.
