摘要: NSCs have been demonstrated to be very useful in grafts into the mammalian central nervous system investigate exploitation of NSC for therapy neurodegenerative disorders animal models diseases. To push cell CNS on stage clinical application, it is necessary establish a continuous and standardized, grade (i.e., produced following good manufacturing practice guidelines) human neural stem lines. In this chapter, we illustrate some protocols routinely used our GMP bank production "clinical grade"
