摘要: The ASTM standards on Writing Ink Identification (ASTM 1789-04) and Comparison 1422-05) are the most up-to-date guidelines that have been published forensic analysis of ink. aim these documents is to cover aspects ink evidence, from samples, comparison analytical profile samples (with differentiate them or not), through interpretation result examination in a context. Significant evolutions technology available scientists, quality assurance requirements brought onto them, understanding frameworks interpret evidence made recent years. This article reviews two light proposes some practical improvements terms standardization analyses, examination. Some suggestions already included DHS funded project aimed at creating digital library for United States Secret Service.
