摘要: The simplest, earliest (28), and perhaps the most frequently used protocol to study acidosis has been add carbon dioxide inspired gas. In these circumstances, respiratory hemodynamic effects are prominent, interpretations of specific influences on pulmonary circulation have published from animal human experiments throughout past century. From this work, three generalizations come be widely believed: namely, that causes vasoconstriction, CO2 may exert both vasodilator vasoconstrictor and, recently, enhances hypoxic vasoconstriction (HPV).
