摘要: Our experience of fisheries management is one regular disappointments. As well as occasional spectacular collapses, have often had to make severe and painful adjustments in the face overexploitation overinvestment. The failures may result from failing consider a whole system. A management-oriented paradigm (MOP) crosses boundaries traditional scientific, economic policy research.
