摘要: The effect of estuarine sediment on the thermoinactivation poliovirus type 1 and echovirus was evaluated. Poliovirus survival prolonged at 24 37 degrees C but not 4 in presence over time periods observed. Further inactivation studies were performed 50 55 to maximize thermal effects, similar protection supernatant fluid from a mixture seawater lacked protective against thermoinactivation, suggesting that virus due adsorption particulates. From these observations, it appears enteroviruses sediments may play significant role protecting them thermoinactivation.
