摘要: The changes in alpha adrenoceptors vasa deferentia of reserpinized rats organ culture were examined by binding studies with 3H-clonidine, 3H-yohimbine and 3H-prazosin. On for 1 day, the 3H-clonidine sites decreased 1.07 pmol/g tissue after 2 days no detectable. 3H-Yohimbine also during culture, but smaller extent than sites. other hand, 3H-prazosin showed apparent change amount culture. Addition 0.1 mM hydrocortisone or dexamethasone to medium inhibited decrease (1.7 tissue), effect glucocorticoid was blocked inhibitors protein synthesis, cycloheximide puromycin. However, on An anti-endocytotic agent, an anti-microtubular agent protease had effects These results suggest that alpha-2 can rapidly while alpha-1 are stable glucocorticoids important regulation conformation adrenoceptor through synthesis certain protein(s).
