摘要: Abstract The aim of this present study was to explore the sex-related differences in disposition regularities sulfamethoxazole (SMZ), N-acetyl-sulfamethoxazole (N-ac-SMZ) and trimethoprim (TMP) male female yellow catfish. Concentrations target compounds were determined using a reliable HPLC-MS/MS approach, which validated according guidelines defined by FDA. results showed that there are significant sex-associated SMZ concentrations muscle with skin liver, N-ac-SMZ levels kidney, TMP skin, liver kidney. Whereas, no sex also observed SMZ, plasma, kidney liver. Longer residue time than Withdrawal (WT) (N-ac-SMZ as marker residue) calculated WT 1.4 software, 11 days (male) 9 (female), respectively. By contrast, (SMZ 7 These could serve reference data for establishing disparate use regimen drug withdrawal
