摘要: 32 The purpose of this manuscript is to define the evidence based bundling process that serves as foundation for catheterassociated urinary tract infection (CAUTI) bundles. This also describes interventions that, when bundled together, can decrease hospital acquired CAUTI. Patients are endangered by hospital-acquired infections (HAIs) nationwide. Increasing complexities in healthcare along with HAIs have resulted rising costs medical care. Most these infections, about 23%-49% them, occur within system, and 65%-76% cases involve an indwelling catheter. It critical investigate on how prevent infections. Evidence practice (EBP) has evolved over past few decades transforming way patients receive nursing ‘Bundles care’ being considered radically new avenue improve provision care patients. These bundles usually consist four five elements EBP carried out a complete set activities. Bundles supported clinical provide framework improving patient implementation “CAUTI bundle” CAUTIs, catheter practices, spare hospitals millions dollars preventing By organizing into bundle, facilities rates CAUTI events everyday practices ultimate goal decreasing cost treating CAUTIs while
