摘要: Worldwide, buildings consume a large part of the total energy delivered. In context all end-use sectors, represent largest sector with 39% final consumption, followed by transport in EU (European Union ). Policy targets and regulations are force at level to ensure efficiency improvement building stock. This research seeks provide insight into performance progress, existing non-profit housing stock Netherlands, through application renovations. The comprises 30% market Netherlands policies towards more efficient rely on sector. To that end, we determine renovation rate impact applied renovations both predicted actual consumption. difference savings is analysed longitudinal statistical modelling renovated non-renovated dwellings. Based knowledge gained rates compare evaluate future dynamic empirical data validation. essence, examine effect thermo-physical characteristics dwellings has efforts make almost emission-neutral 2050, as advocated European Commission since 2011. activity expected be greater than construction demolition such need bring awareness effectiveness
