摘要: In the rat, taste system plays a critical role in motivating animal to consume nutrients and avoid toxic substances. neonatal rat orofacial movements can be modified by application of sucrose quinine mouth, producing ingestion or rejection responses, respectively, but there is no information available on gusto facial reflexes (GFR) under perinatal fasting. The aim present study was determine how undernutrition affect development responses sucrose, quinine, NaCl during early development. Pregnant dams were undernourished being given 50% balanced diet from G6 G12, 60% G13-G18, 100% G19-G21. On postpartum days 0 - 9, prenatally underfed (UG) pups continued undernourishment remaining for 12 h with foster dam nipple-ligated mother. Stimuli presented as single droplet (S), sodium chloride (NaCl), hydrochloride (Q), water (W) onto lips at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 age, mouth-opening frequency (MO) lip-licking (LL) analyzed. results show consistent effects associated not diet, except cases 0.01 M Q, which provoked UG subjects increased MO reduction LL, 0.1 consistently reduced both responses. Moreover, S increases LL while elicited minimal GFR. These data suggest that affects basic components gustatory necessary produce GFR first postnatal possibly interfering integration input food learning hedonic aspects cues.
