摘要: Luminescent markers play a key role in imaging techniques for life science since they provide contrast mechanism between signal and background. We describe new type of marker using second harmonic generation (SHG) from noncentrosymmetric BaTiO_3 nanocrystals. These nanoparticles are attractive due to their stable, non-saturating coherent with femtosecond-scale response time broad flexibility the choice excitation wavelength. obtained monodispersed colloidal suspensions by coating particle surface amine groups. characterized SHG efficiency 90-nm particles experimentally theoretically. Moreover, we use three-dimensional (3D) without scanning. built holographic (H^2) microscope which records digital holograms at frequency.
