Epidemiology of sarcoidosis in Catalonia: 1979-1989.

摘要: For the purpose of estimating incidence rate and clinico-epidemiological characteristics sarcoidosis in Catalonia (a country comprising provinces Barcelona, Tarragona, Lleida Girona, with a total population 6 million people), we did retrospective study new cases diagnosed country's qualified hospitals during 1979 three-year period from 1986 to 1988. The annual province Barcelona was 1.2/100,000 1.5/100,000 245 were covering 1986-88, being 1.36/100,000 inhabitants. We describe here this series (which is first one representative whole Catalonia), compare them those other published previously. conclude that our lowest Europe, no significant variations observed over ten years. most relevant are its clear predominance women (3:1), high frequency Lofgren's syndrome (48% cases), whose significantly higher springtime.
