摘要: Hantaviruses can cause hantavirus pulmonary syndrome (HPS) in the Americas and hemorrhagic fever with renal (HFRS) Eurasia. In recent decades, repeated outbreaks of disease have led to public concern created a global health burden. Hantavirus spillover from natural hosts into human populations could be considered an ecological process, which environmental forces, behavioral determinants exposure, dynamics at human-animal interface affect susceptibility epidemiology disease. this review, we summarize progress made understanding rodent reservoir population biology. We mainly focus on three species longitudinal studies sufficient scale: striped field mouse (Apodemus agrarius, main host for Hantaan virus [HTNV], causes HFRS) Asia, deer (Peromyscus maniculatus, Sin Nombre [SNV], HPS) North America, bank vole (Myodes glareolus, Puumala [PUUV], Europe. Moreover, discuss influence factors provide overview research perspectives.
