This paper analyze specific segment directed at exclusive niche population, Senior Residential Condominiums. very recent housing market, high levels comfort, quality, sanitation, health, recreation, essential full well-being. intends characterize real estate market so as identify its distinctive features, promoting agents how they can contribute residents' life.
