摘要: The authors measured mitomycin C (MMC) concentrations in ocular tissues with high-performance liquid chromatography. Mitomycin concentration after a single subconjunctival injection of the drug rabbit eyes showed rapid decrease halflife 0.18 to 0.30 hours for conjunctiva and 0.20 0.45 sclera at site. Irrigating surface 200 ml saline MMC application reduced initial one fifth fifteenth but did not change half-life. human trabeculectomy specimens obtained immediately (0.2 mg/0.5 ml) irrigation was 5.4 12.0 µ/g mean, 8.4 µ/g, level similar that administration same dose. These results indicate disappears rapidly from irrigating significantly reduces tissue MMC.
