摘要: Background. The eight ER/PR/HER2 breast cancer subtypes vary widely in demographic and clinicopathologic characteristics survival. This study assesses the contribution of SES to risk mortality for blacks, Hispanics, Asian/Pacific Islanders, American Indians when compared with white women each subtype. Methods. We identified 143,184 cases first primary female invasive from California Cancer Registry between 2000 2012. was computed race/ethnicity within Models were adjusted tumor grade, year diagnosis, age. added a second set models. Analyses conducted separately stage. Results. Race/ethnicity did not contribute any subtype stage 1 SES. In stages 2, 3, 4, associated adjustment changed only some subtypes. reduced by over 45% 2 ER+/PR+/HER2− cancer, but it decreased blacks triple negative less than 4%. Conclusions. Racial/ethnic disparities do exist all and, general, modestly alters these disparities.
