摘要: A mathematical model, which can predict the electromagnetic and temperature fields also shape of a molten silicon drop, has been developed for improvement determination optimal processing conditions in an levitation (EML) device recently to accurately measure thermophysical properties silicon. As result, it was found that there exists unstable state drop squeezed then might be collapsed due force acting on sample’s surface. Also, results suggest material is not necessarily perfect sphere under microgravity environment because heating coil current.
