摘要: Abstract Hybrid organic–inorganic films have been prepared by hydrolysis and condensation of several silicon compounds: 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTS) or methyltriethoxysilane (MTES) tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) tetramethyl (TMOS) precursors using four [TEOS] [TMOS]/[MPTS] [MTES] molar ratios: 0, 0.5, 1 2. The progress on the organic inorganic polymerizations was followed employing thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential thermal (DTA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), 13 C 29 Si nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). These techniques provided information about hybrid network formation inside films. hybrids from [TEOS]/[MPTS] mixtures accomplished through reaction OR groups, via silanols (inorganic condensation), opening double bond in MPTS (organic polymerization). [TEOS]/[MTES] [TMOS]/[MTES] mainly groups. increment TEOS TMOS favored (Q 3 Q 4 units) condensation. Total degrees for synthetized with were higher than those obtained [TMOS]/[MPTS], so MTES branched structures.
