摘要: Abstract Pressed grape pomace obtained from the wine production of Cabernet sauvignon (Vitis vinifera) vintage was dried until 9.8% moisture content, ground and submitted to extraction soluble components different techniques. Low pressure extractions were performed with ethanol maceration followed by fractionation n-hexane, dichloromethane, butanol ethyl acetate. These solvents furthermore applied for soxhlet extraction. Supercritical fluid (SFE) also obtain extracts using pure CO2 as co-solvent in concentrations 10, 15 20% w/w. The operating condition used high 150 bar 40 °C. antioxidant activity determined considering free radical scavenging assay 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) correlated total phenol content according Folin–Ciocalteu method. results DPPH tests indicate highest 96.6 ± 0.3% AA, an IC50 value 13 ± 1, acetate solid–liquid yield values achieved (13.2% w/w) (12.2% w/w), SFE 15% (9.2% w/w). lipophilic composition evaluated gas chromatography–mass spectrometry identification like linoleic acid linoleate, important therapeutic activities.
