摘要: Binary polyamide 66 nanocomposites containing 2 wt % organoclay, blend 5 impact modifier, and ternary organoclay modifier were prepared by melt compounding method. The effects of E-GMA the types organoclays on interaction between polymer, dispersion morphology, mechanical, flow, thermal properties investigated. Partial exfoliation improved mechanical are observed for Cloisite® 15A 25A nanocomposites. On other hand, was intercalated or in form tactoids 30B Components compounded different addition orders. Mixing sequence components affected both drastically. SEM analyses revealed that homogeneous results a decrease domain sizes promotes improvements toughness materials. Melt viscosity also found to have profound effect according MFI XRD results. Crystallinity did not change significantly. It is only type constituents their order what dramatically influence nanocomposite properties. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci
