摘要: Detailed resistivity measurements were made along the planes of ${\mathrm{Bi}}_{2}{\mathrm{Sr}}_{2}{\mathrm{CaCu}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{8+\mathrm{\ensuremath{\delta}}}$ single crystals in zero field and temperature region above superconducting transition ${T}_{c}.$ Analyses fluctuation conductivity \ensuremath{\Delta}\ensuremath{\sigma} are presented using a careful construction mean-field critical ${T}_{c}^{\mathrm{mf}}.$ can be described by Lawrence-Doniach model with two-dimensional (2D)-3D crossover close to The $c$-axis coherence length was found 0.9\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.1 \AA{}. For comparison also calculated from ${T}_{c}$ defined peak $d\ensuremath{\rho}/dT.$ It is shown that consistent description 2D-3D then lost.
