摘要: A surgically implantable and sealable delivery device that upon contact of its contents via an interface window or port therein with organ tissue exposes a therapeutic agent to the surface, allowing controlled, selective unidirectional diffusion into organ. The protects adjacent organs structures from unnecessary high levels delivered agent. Novel methods deliver chemotherapeutics bioactive agents mammalian tissues through implanted by way protected mechanism are disclosed as well method achieve sealing properties device.
