摘要: The specific cholecystokinin (CCK) receptor antagonist loxiglumide has been used in several human and animal studies to investigate the role of CCK gastrointestinal physiology. In present study, interference this with hepatic transport processes was characterized perfused rat liver. Indocyanine green, an organic dye which is secreted into bile without being metabolized, taken up control experiments at a rate 68.1 ± 7.7%. lowered extraction 0.5 2.6% (P < 0.001). compound diminished CCK-8 from 90.95 2.60% 4.90 1.95% 0.001) gastrin 22.2 1.1% 8.2 1.9% lidocaine, metabolized by cytochrome P450 system, only slightly altered. For leukotrienes taurocholate, rate-limiting step for secretion across canalicular membrane; leukotriene D4 markedly whereas taurocholate inhibited. study demonstrates that various substances, including peptides anions. It did not interfere system. pronounced reduction uptake indocyanine green may be due system these substances
