摘要: With the miniaturization of products to levels micrometers and recent developments in microsystem fabrication technologies, there is a great need for an assembly process formation complex hybrid microsystems. Integration microcomponents made up different materials manufactured using micro techniques still primary challenge since some fundamental problems originating from small size parts be manipulated, high precision necessity specific microworld that field are not fully investigated. In this thesis, design development open-architecture reconfigurable microassembly workstation efficient reliable micromachined presented. The designed used as research tool investigation microassembly. such includes of: (i) manipulation system consisting motion stages providing necessary travel range realization tasks, (ii) vision visualize determination position orientation components assembled, (iii) robust control fixtures end effectors allow easy change tools make ready desired task. addition tele-operated semi-automated concepts implemented. verified by implementing tasks various ranges micro-parts manipulation. versatility demonstrated accuracy positioning shown.
