摘要: Abstract Aquatic macroinvertebrates, 18 physical-chemical water characteristics and 30 hydromorphological variables were assessed at 85 locations on Leyte island, Philippines. Biological traits derived from literature linked to the biological samples based four different trait estimation methods. These data used determine relation with river using negative binomial regression. At least five feeding habit modalities associated conductivity, velocity, pH, temperature, ammonium-N concentrations, sediment. The various methods of estimating abundance differ in determined major patterns ecological implications. Therefore, method should be explicitly described trait-related papers avoid misinterpretation. Trait abundance-environment relationships can linear or non-linear therefore a careful selection functional relationship performed. process extracting knowledge is paramount importance as relevant insights extracted providing flow, wastewater nutrient management rivers.
