摘要: Epigenetic remodeling of cell adhesion genes is a common phenomenon in cancer invasion. This study aims to investigate global methylation cervical carcinogenesis and apply them early detection from scraping. Genome-wide array was performed on an investigation cohort, including 16 intraepithelial neoplasia 3 (CIN3) 20 cancers (CA) versus 12 each normal, inflammation CIN1 as controls. Twelve members clustered proto-cadherin (PCDH) were collectively methylated silenced, which validated cells the cervix, endometrium, liver, head neck, breast, lung. In independent cohort 107 controls, 66 CIN1, 85 CIN2/3, 38 CA, PCDHA4 PCDHA13 detected 2.8%, 24.2%, 52.9%, 84.2% (P < 10−25), 50.6%, 94.7% (P < 10−29), respectively. diagnosis CIN2 or more severe lesion combination test scraping had sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative value 74.8%, 80.3%, 73%, 81.8%, Testing this equally sensitive but specific than human papillomavirus (HPV) lesions. The disclosed collective PCDH cervix other sites. At least two can be promising diagnostic markers for noninferior HPV.
