摘要: We have developed a method for anchored amplification on microchip array that allows and detection of multiple targets in an open format. Electronic anchoring sets primers distinct areas the permitted primer-primer interactions to be reduced zones created, thereby increasing efficiency multiplex reactions. found strand displacement (SDA) ideal use our microelectronic chip system because isothermal nature assay, which provides rapid readily compatible with simple instrumentation. Anchored SDA supported DNA or RNA without decreases efficiency. This chip-based multiplexed performed same platform, streamlining development any nucleic acid-based assay.
