摘要: Abstract Glycoproteins on the surface of erythrocyte membranes having some antigen- and receptor functions were isolated by phenol-water extraction method. Quantitative analysis amino acids carbohydrate components, such as fucose, mannose, galactose, N-acetylgalactosamine N-acetylglucosamine, etc. in nanomole range was performed gas-liquid chromatography. The chromatographed trifluoroacetylester two different liquid phases according to method Gehrke et al. neutral sugars determined alditol acetates same for first time glycoprotein analysis. optimal release elaborated under hydrolysis conditions.
