摘要: spontaneously occurring multilocal intracranial hemorrhages (ICH) are most frequently caused by coagulation disorders, a hypertensive crisis, amyloid angiopathy, drug abuse, sinus vein thrombosis, vasculitis, multiple intracerebral neoplasms or hemorrhagic transformation of embolic brain infarcts [1, 2]. occasionally hematomas have been reported in patients with cerebrospinal fluid (CsF) hypotension either [3] following lumbar puncture spinal surgery causing CsF leak [2, 4–8]. orthostatic headache and nausea the hallmarks several complications may ensue including cranial nerve impairment, subdural hygroma axial herniation. Magnetic resonance imaging (MrI) scans show meningeal enhancement, signs venous engorgement various types pathology [3]. This article presents case patient who developed supratentorial ICH 2 days after disc surgery. Clinical Presentation
