摘要: In medical science, studies are often designed to investigate changes in a specific parameter which is measured repeatedly over time the participating subjects. This allows one model process of change within individuals. Although this occurs every individual, inter subject variability can be high. For example, using data 955 men, Brant et al showed that average rates increase systolic blood pressure (SBP) smallest younger age groups, and greatest older obese individuals tend have higher SBP than non-obese individuals, more recent birth cohorts lower SBP’s those born before 1910. However, these factors not sufficient explain all heterogeneity between since, after correction for age, obesity cohort, with above (below) at initial examination, still slower (faster) longitudinal SBP.
