摘要: Objective Blister-like aneurysms (BLAs) were originally described to arise typically along the nonbranching segment of dorsal wall internal carotid artery (ICA); however, BLAs located in areas other than ICA have been more recently. We present a case series “atypical” and systematic review literature on this subject. Methods conducted search using key word “blister-like aneurysm.” Studies reporting locations selected. Clinical presentation, treatment modality, complications, outcomes (modified Rankin Scale for neurologic Roy scale radiologic outcomes) extracted from each study. also reviewed our single-institution experience with atypical analyzed topography all according specific modality. Results Atypical observed anterior communicating, middle cerebral, basilar, posterior inferior cerebellar arteries. Surgery was 65% patients, an endovascular approach used 30%, combined 5%. A good outcome 0–1–2) experienced by 88% 55% patients surgical groups, respectively. There 4 deaths, 2 group group. Conclusions Endovascular seems be associated reduced morbidity mortality and to provide better compared approaches. Further prospective studies are needed confirm these results. It is important clinicians remember that may occur sites typical location.
