摘要: We provide an overview of the state higher education system in UAE, and investigate its capacity to supply Dubai’s economy with skilled labor achieve emirate’s strategic social development objectives. examine various characteristics sector discuss their inherent strengths weaknesses light market needs. Our findings reveal that UAE has witnessed impressive growth since 1997 mostly led by a vigorous expansion private sector. This situation substantial opportunities for population. However, lack graduate studies lower quality graduates, as perceived both employees employers, represent main challenges fulfilling needs economy.
