摘要: Both low-temperature germinability (LTG) and cold tolerance at the seedling stage (CTS) are important traits for rice. In this study, a rice population of recombinant inbred lines (RILs), derived from backcross cross between Dongnong422 Kongyu131, was developed to detect quantitative trait loci (QTL) affecting LTG CTS by using seed different storage times. Correlation analysis indicated that there no significant relationship CTS, suggesting might be genetic differences CTS. total, Twelve twenty-three major QTLs were detected respectively, which could explain greater than 10% phenotypical variation. Eight (qCG12-1, qGI12-1, qGV9-1, qMLIT12-1, qPV6-1, qMDG12-1, qLDWcold10-1, qLFWcold10-1) mapped time, it concluded such not affected environment (storage time) closely related tolerance. One or more identified each with some these co-locating, qMLIT7-1, qCG7-1, qGI7-1 LTG, qLFWcold10-1, qLDWcold10-1 contributions over 15% common marker interval, co-location can an indication locus has pleiotropic effects on multiple due mechanistic basis. Two lines, RIL128 RIL73, valuable improve through combination crosses. The applicable marker-assisted selection approach.
