摘要: The aim of this study was to compare maximal isometric force (MIF) and the electrical activity vastus medialis, lateralis, rectus femoris, gluteus maximus biceps femoris long head muscles between voluntary contractions (MVC) performed at different joint angles, identify most suitable positions normalize electromyography (EMG) signals from each these when they are activated under dynamic conditions. Ten men ranging in age 20 30 years, who were familiar with strength training exercise, studied. MVC angles knee extensors flexors (0°, 60°, 90°) hip (-30°, 0°, 60°) (90°, 120°) tested. MIF values differed significantly 60° flexion 90° extension (p 0.05). Significantly higher EMG only observed for muscle These results suggest that position is assessment MIF, all tested extension.
